Bu politika, Robotik Web tarafından geliştirilen Robotik Fatura Bilgisi Shopify uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri, hangi amaçla ve nasıl işlediğini açıklar.

Uygulamanın erişebildiği veriler

  • Mağaza bilgisi: Mağaza alan adı ve Shopify'ın uygulamaya verdiği erişim anahtarı. Uygulamanın çalışması için gereklidir.
  • Sipariş bilgisi: Fatura bilgisi kaydedilecek siparişin kimliği, oluşturulma tarihi, kargo durumu ve müşteri kimliği. Uygulama müşterinin adını, e-posta adresini, telefonunu veya adresini okumaz. Bu bilgiler yalnızca fatura bilgisini doğru siparişe yazmak ve isteği gönderen alıcının o siparişin sahibi olduğunu doğrulamak için okunur; saklanmaz.
  • Müşterinin girdiği fatura bilgileri: Bireysel faturada TC Kimlik No; kurumsal faturada firma unvanı, vergi dairesi, vergi numarası ve isteğe bağlı fatura adresi.

Verilerin saklandığı yer

Müşterinin girdiği fatura bilgileri Uygulamanın sunucularında saklanmaz. Doğrudan mağazanın Shopify hesabındaki ilgili siparişe (uygulama meta alanları ve siparişin ek ayrıntıları) yazılır ve mağaza tarafından yönetilir. Uygulama sunucusunda yalnızca mağaza alan adı, erişim anahtarı, plan bilgisi ve aylık kayıt sayısı tutulur.

Kullanım amacı

Bilgiler yalnızca mağazanın müşteriye fatura düzenleyebilmesi için toplanır. Reklam, profilleme veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşım amacıyla kullanılmaz ve satılmaz.

Güvenlik

Tüm iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenir; sunucuda saklanan mağaza erişim anahtarları AES-256 ile şifrelenir. Uygulamaya gelen her istek Shopify'ın imzaladığı oturum belirteciyle, Shopify bildirimleri (webhook) HMAC imzasıyla doğrulanır. Sunucuya yalnızca geliştirici erişebilir.

Veri talepleri ve silme

Uygulama müşteri verisi saklamadığından, Shopify üzerinden iletilen müşteri verisi ve silme taleplerinde uygulama tarafında tutulan bir müşteri kaydı bulunmaz. Siparişlerdeki bilgiler mağaza sahibi tarafından Shopify yönetim panelinden silinebilir. Mağaza uygulamayı kaldırdığında erişim anahtarı geçersiz kılınır; Shopify'ın mağaza silme bildirimiyle mağaza kaydı tamamen silinir.

KVKK

Bu verilerin veri sorumlusu, uygulamayı kullanan mağazadır. Mağazaların, fatura bilgilerinin toplanma amacını kendi aydınlatma metinlerinde belirtmesi gerekir. Robotik Web bu kapsamda veri işleyen konumundadır.

Veri işleme şartları (mağazalar için)

Uygulamayı kuran mağaza, bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılır. Bu bölüm mağaza ile Robotik Web arasındaki veri işleme sözleşmesidir.

  • Roller: Mağaza veri sorumlusu, Robotik Web veri işleyendir. Robotik Web kişisel verileri yalnızca uygulamanın işlevini yerine getirmek için ve mağazanın talimatları doğrultusunda işler.
  • Gizlilik: Verilere yalnızca uygulamanın bakımını yapan geliştirici erişir ve bu kişi gizlilik yükümlülüğü altındadır.
  • Alt işleyenler: Shopify (platform) ve uygulama sunucusunun barındırma hizmeti (Türkiye). Müşteri verisi uygulama sunucusunda saklanmaz.
  • Güvenlik: Aktarımda HTTPS; sunucuda saklanan mağaza erişim anahtarları AES-256 ile şifrelenir.
  • İhlal bildirimi: Kişisel verileri etkileyen bir güvenlik ihlali fark edilirse etkilenen mağazalara gecikmeden, en geç 72 saat içinde bildirilir.
  • Silme: Uygulama kaldırıldığında erişim anahtarı geçersiz kılınır; Shopify'ın mağaza silme bildirimiyle mağazaya ait tüm kayıtlar silinir.

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains what data the Robotik Fatura Bilgisi Shopify app ("App"), developed by Robotik Web, processes and why.

Data the App accesses

  • Store data: the store domain and the access token Shopify grants to the App, required for the App to work.
  • Order data: the ID, creation date, fulfillment status and customer ID of the order the invoice details are saved to. The App does not read the customer's name, email address, phone number or address. These are read only to save the details to the right order and to verify that the buyer making the request owns the order. They are not stored.
  • Invoice details entered by the customer: Turkish ID number for individuals; company name, tax office, tax number and an optional billing address for companies.

Where data is stored

Invoice details are not stored on the App's servers. They are written directly to the order in the merchant's Shopify store (app metafields and order additional details) and are managed by the merchant. The App's server stores only the store domain, access token, plan information and a monthly usage count.

Purpose

The details are collected only so the merchant can issue an invoice to the customer. They are never used for advertising or profiling, never shared with third parties and never sold.

Security

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS, and store access tokens stored on the server are encrypted with AES-256. Every request is verified with a session token signed by Shopify, and webhooks are verified with HMAC signatures.

Data requests and deletion

Because the App does not store customer data, there is no customer record on the App side for data or redaction requests sent through Shopify. Merchants can delete the details from their orders in the Shopify admin. When a merchant uninstalls the App, its access token is revoked; the store record is deleted entirely when Shopify sends the shop redaction request.

Data processing terms (for merchants)

By installing the App, the merchant agrees to these terms, which form the data processing agreement between the merchant and Robotik Web.

  • Roles: The merchant is the controller; Robotik Web is the processor and processes personal data only to provide the App's functionality and on the merchant's instructions.
  • Confidentiality: Only the developer maintaining the App has access, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Sub-processors: Shopify (platform) and the hosting provider of the App server (Turkey). Customer data is not stored on the App server.
  • Security: HTTPS in transit; store access tokens stored on the server are encrypted with AES-256.
  • Breach notification: Affected merchants are notified without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware of a breach affecting personal data.
  • Deletion: On uninstall the access token is revoked; all store records are deleted when Shopify sends the shop redaction request.
