Robotik Sohbet Butonu Shopify uygulamasının işlediği veriler, kullanım amacı, saklama ve silme koşulları.

Bu politika, Robotik Web tarafından geliştirilen Robotik Sohbet Butonu Shopify uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar.
Uygulamanın işlediği veriler
- Mağaza bilgileri: Mağaza alan adı, Shopify'ın uygulamaya verdiği erişim anahtarı (şifreli saklanır), plan bilgisi, panel dili ve mağaza sahibinin girdiği buton ayarları (telefon numarası, e-posta, sosyal medya kullanıcı adları, temsilci adları ve unvanları, görünüm ve gösterim kuralları).
- Toplam istatistikler: Butonun mağaza başına günlük toplam görüntülenme, ziyaretçi ve tıklama sayıları (kanal bazında).
Uygulama mağaza ziyaretçilerinin kişisel verisini toplamaz ve saklamaz: ad, e-posta, telefon, IP adresi, konum veya çerez kimliği tutulmaz. Ziyaretçi butona tıkladığında sohbet doğrudan seçtiği uygulamada (WhatsApp, telefon, e-posta vb.) açılır; bu iletişim Uygulama üzerinden geçmez.
Aynı ziyaretçinin bir günde birden fazla sayılmaması için ziyaretçinin tarayıcısına yalnızca tarih bilgisi içeren küçük bir kayıt yazılır. Ziyaretçi Shopify'ın çerez/gizlilik onayında analitiğe izin vermediyse hiçbir sayaç gönderilmez ve tarayıcıya hiçbir şey yazılmaz.
Kullanım amacı
Veriler yalnızca butonu mağazada göstermek ve mağaza sahibine istatistik sunmak için kullanılır. Reklam, profilleme veya satış amacıyla kullanılmaz, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
Saklama ve silme
Uygulama kaldırıldığında erişim anahtarı silinir ve buton mağazadan otomatik olarak kalkar. Shopify'ın mağaza silme bildirimi (shop/redact) ile mağazaya ait tüm ayarlar ve istatistikler kalıcı olarak silinir. Silme talepleri için info@robotikweb.com.tr adresine yazabilirsiniz.
Güvenlik
Tüm iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Panel istekleri Shopify'ın imzaladığı oturum belirteciyle, webhook'lar HMAC imzasıyla doğrulanır. Erişim anahtarları sunucuda AES-256 ile şifreli saklanır.

Mağaza sahibinin girdiği temsilci bilgileri bakımından veri sorumlusu mağaza sahibidir; Robotik Web veri işleyen konumundadır.

This policy explains how the Robotik Sohbet Butonu Shopify app ("App"), developed by Robotik Web, processes data.
Data processed: the store domain, the access token issued by Shopify (stored encrypted), plan, panel language and the button settings entered by the merchant (phone number, email, social media usernames, agent names and titles, design and display rules); and daily aggregate counts of button views, visitors and clicks per store (by channel).
No visitor personal data: the App does not collect or store store visitors' personal data such as name, email, phone, IP address, location or cookie IDs. When a visitor clicks the button, the conversation opens directly in the chosen app (WhatsApp, phone, email etc.) and does not pass through the App. To avoid counting the same visitor twice a day, a small date-only entry is written to the visitor's browser. If the visitor has not allowed analytics in Shopify's privacy consent, no counts are sent and nothing is written to the browser.
Purpose: data is used only to display the button and show statistics to the merchant. It is not used for advertising or profiling, not sold and not shared with third parties.
Retention and deletion: on uninstall the access token is deleted and the button is removed from the store automatically. On Shopify's shop/redact request all settings and statistics of the store are permanently deleted. Deletion requests: info@robotikweb.com.tr.
Security: all communication uses HTTPS; admin requests are verified with Shopify session tokens and webhooks with HMAC signatures; access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256).
